On-site Owner and Director: Melinda Scardino, the owner and director, is involved in every aspect of the center each day to ensure the highest standards are upheld.  She has an open door policy where parents feel comfortable addressing any questions or concerns.

Safe and Secure Environment: We use electronic entry, coded attendance tracking, and video/audio recording in each room and on the grounds.

Trained & Qualified teachers: All employees are cleared by a statewide criminal history check and obtain FBI fingerprinting. All teachers are certified in CPR/First Aid, attend monthly trainings with the Director and experts in early childhood, and attend yearly trainings with the Houston Association of Education of Young Children or other leading early education agencies. Our lead teachers have either their Child Development Associate certificate or a degree in a related field.
